I. The Consultation
The first step is your consultation. We’ll hop on a relaxed video call where we can get to know each other, talk through your wedding vision, and make sure we’re the perfect fit. I want to hear all about you and your fiancé—how you met, what you’re dreaming up for your day, and what moments matter most to you. This is where we start shaping a photography experience that truly reflects your story, not just your timeline.
II. Engagement Session
A chance for us to connect in a really natural, easygoing way before the wedding day. This is where you’ll get a feel for how I shoot, and I’ll get to know the two of you together in a space that feels relaxed and true to you. It also helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera so by the time your wedding arrives, everything feels familiar and effortless.
III. Timeline
This is where we map out your day step by step so everything flows naturally and feels stress-free, intentional, and unhurried. From getting ready to the final moments of the night, we’ll make sure there’s space for all the meaningful moments you care about most. Before your wedding day, we’ll also hop on a final call to go over everything together, making sure you feel calm, prepared, and excited so the day itself feels relaxed, fun, and fully present.
IV. Wedding Day
When your wedding day arrives, everything is already taken care of. The planning, the timelines, the details—they’ve all been thoughtfully prepared so you don’t have to carry any of it with you. This is your chance to simply be present with each other and your favorite people, soaking in every moment as it naturally unfolds. My role is to quietly document it all as it happens, so you can stay fully in the experience while still knowing every meaningful detail is being preserved.
V. Image Delivery
After your wedding day, you’ll receive your complete wedding gallery—carefully curated to tell the full story of your day from beginning to end. Your gallery will include thoughtfully organized sections from each part of the day. From the quiet in-between moments to the biggest celebrations, everything is preserved in a way that feels true to your story. Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks, so you can revisit your day while it’s still fresh in your heart.
VI. Prints and Albums
Bringing your images to life in print. Your collection includes a handcrafted heirloom album, designed to preserve your wedding story in a way that can be held, shared, and passed down for generations. You’ll also have the option to order professional prints directly from your gallery, making it easy to turn your favorite moments into tangible memories for your home.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Legally, the photographer automatically holds the copyright by law because they are the creator. However, your package includes print and personal usage rights, allowing you to freely download, print, and share them with friends and family.
Who owns the rights to the photos?
You will never be left without coverage. I work with a trusted associate photographer who would step in to capture your day with care and professionalism, while I still personally handle all editing to ensure your final gallery reflects my style and standards.
What if our photographer gets sick?
Tipping is never expected, but it is always appreciated. Many couples choose to tip if they feel their experience went above and beyond, but the most meaningful feedback I can receive is your trust, your kind words, and the opportunity to document such an important day in your life.
Should you tip your wedding photographer?
You can expect your full wedding gallery within 4–6 weeks after your wedding day. Every image is thoughtfully edited by hand to ensure your photos feel true to your day and the emotions you experienced throughout it. I do offer one week gallery delivery as an add-on to your wedding experience.

Yes! I believe it’s important to see a full wedding gallery so you can truly understand the consistency, storytelling, and flow of a complete wedding day from start to finish.
